Personal
Since childhood Dan has been made privy to the world of real estate. He was born in South NJ to a family that was heavily involved in real estate. His folks, grandfather, aunt and uncle were all involved in the real estate business as Realtors and investors, giving Dan an early exposure and look at what was involved in dealing with properties both from a service and investment standpoint. As a young man, he was active in several extra-curricular programs and organizations centered on school, church, and athletic pursuits. This predisposition to community involvement would eventually follow Dan into adulthood.
